We manufacture annular cutters with CNC machinery and we have many cutters of different sizes in stock.
Weldon shank & one touch shank, M2, M35, M42 material, size from12mm-100mm, depth25mm, 30mm35mm, , 50mm, 55mm, 75mm
Can drill iron sheet, stainless steel, etc.
Abrasion resistance, the cutters have long life.

Detailed Selling Lead Description
1. Cutter Dia(mm): 12mm...100mm
2. Max. Drilling depth: 30mm/55mm/110mm
3. Tin coated is also OK.
4. Type: WBS/WBR/WBL
Drilling summary
1. For best results, it is advisable to predetermine the drilling position by indentation with a centre punch.
2. Select appropriate RPM.
3. Observe the recommended feed pressure It is better to be slower paticularly in the initital stage of drilling.
4. When drilling is completed, withdraw cutter while drill is still rotating.
5. Remove slug and chips after each drilling. (NoteA spring mechanism in the Shank Assembly will facilitate the removal of the slug. )
6. When drilling laminated material, remove slug and chips after having bored through each lamination.
7. If a magnetic drill stand is used, ensure that the underside of the magnetic board is kept clean.
8. Continuous use of oil coolant is necessary throughout the drilling process when the material is steel or stainless steel. Coolant is recommended for cast iron, copper, aluminum: But not required for FRP or wood.
